6:25pm - Cold Prep Begins
7:00pm - Competition Begins
8:00pm - Judging Begins
9:45pm - Evening's Winner Announced

Admission price includes complimentary hors d'oeurves and drink specials during the Happy Hour, and a dessert bar and coffee at the end of the evening. Other food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the night from Points South Latin Kitchen's Menu.
