About the Chef

Chef Jones attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Atlanta before relocating to the Baltimore area. Chef Jones has worked in the culinary industry for more than 12 years, and has held positions at a number of top Baltimore restaurants including Nickel Taphouse, Raleigh's Oyster, Regi American Bistro, and Supano's Steakhouse.


Chef Jones lists Chef John Navarria of Waterfront Kitchen as his biggest influences in cooking.
