Erik Folkart, a Senior Marketing Associate for Sysco Foodservice of Baltimore, is a veteran of the foodservice industry working the Baltimore market for the last 18 years. Erik has been awarded the Presidents Award, Chairman’s Club Award and recognized nationally six times winning the Torchbearer Award. Erik has also been awarded the Champion Award by SYSCO Baltimore recognizing his success and top performance within their sales organization. Erik attributes his success to his drive for excellence and passion to stay current with trends and new products. It was this passion and drive that was the catalyst to create the Mason Dixon Master Chef Tournament in 2010.
