About the Judge

Steve is a Business Development Manager for Corporate Accounts currently in his 14th year with Roland Foods. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, with a degree in Culinary Arts, and holds the designation of Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation.

Steve’s background includes extensive experience in casual and fine dining concepts, in both restaurants and hotels. In his current position, he utilizes this experience to assist foodservice establishments with integrating Roland products into their menus and to assist them with the development of new menu concepts.
